Abstract

A very useful and effective modification of soft sets that particularly addresses parameterized values of alternatives is the neutrosophic soft set. But many algorithms for generating decisions based on neutrosophic soft sets tend to ignore the outside influences on their performance. The novel idea of a weighted expert neutrosophic soft expert set is presented in this study. It is carefully designed to capture outside impacts on neutrosophic soft sets and expert views in a single model. The outcome removes the need for further procedures. Interestingly, our novel method combines the advantages of the effective set with the neutrosophic soft expert set, leading to increased effectiveness and realism in this field. This paper thoroughly examines the basic functions of a weighted expert neutrosophic soft expert set (WNSES), clarifying these functions with appropriate examples. The study concludes by demonstrating how this idea may be used practically in decision-making situations, supporting its effectiveness using algorithms and examples.
